It Gets Worse!

So 2 days after Little D broke his leg Lady D his mom goes and breaks hers too! She's never fractured a bone in her entire life and she does it the same week as our toddler broke his. WTF?
So everyone's asking: "Why all these injuries? Does Doctor D beat his family?"
No, of course not! But I might want to look into getting rid of the new seesaw:

This is going to be a long 3-4 weeks in the D-house with them both grumpy and in casts!

Oh, wow. Best wishes to the entire D family! I'm crossing my fingers and hoping no one else falls victim to such fate.

Lay off the sauce.

Sorry. That really sucks. Hope that's the end of it.

Okay kid, guess you're the mobile adult in your family! My recommendation is chocolate.

Lots of it.

For your wife.

(seriously, what a mess -- best wishes to all of you!)

Eek! Hope both Little D and Lady D recover ASAP! Two broken legs in the same household has got to be a handful! And that see-saw is an oscillating death machine - at least with the bull going mad...

Wow. That's just too much. I remember when I was 5 and my Mom sprained her ankle and my Dad broke his (or something like that). Everyone but me was hopping around on crutches.

Well that sure does stink. Really one of those "when it rains it pours" kinds of things. I hope everyone heals quickly, and I wish you lots of patience!

Please be very careful in handing out the pain meds at your house - you don't want to give your toddler the adult dose. If things get unbearable, take an adult dose for yourself and chase it with a beer.
